uTRAC are excited to return to the Event Production Show being hosted at the London Olympia (Feb 28 – March 01). The show will prove to be a great opportunity to show off some of our latest features that make managing staff for multiple events quick and easy.
The new uTRAC app which will be soon available to download on iOS and Android and will be a simpler way for event staff to get instant notifications about available work and changes to shifts on their calendar.
What’s more, we’ll be giving exclusive previews of the next version of the uTRAC app to visitors at the show before its release this March. As well as adding more improvements for booking staff, the coming update will include enhanced sign-in and timesheet management features. These improvements aim to give businesses better oversight and increased accuracy of everyone’s recorded work hours.

As well as launching the app, we’re excited to show off some more new features that make staffing multiple events painless. This includes the new QuickFill feature. QuickFill allows staffing managers to quickly populate their schedules with the best available staff. Simply, set your requirements then watch the QuickFill AI fill the shifts based on your pre-set criteria. As well as this, we’re eager to preview coming improvements to our Qualification management system to simplify staffing your events with the best possible workers.
